Thanks to our ticketing provider, KAIZEN Ticketing, we are delighted to introduce Ticket Forwarding, a process which allows you to pass on your ticket to another supporter in your Family and Friends list if you are unable to come to the game, in order to Pack the Park!
Or, if you are unable to find a suitor for your ticket, you can donate this back to the club, to get the ticket into the hands of another Grecian. This can all be done on your online ticketing account, but of course the Ticket Office will be on hand to assist.
We encourage supporters who are unable to make the game to forward/donate their ticket, so that we can ensure that we have a full SJP on Saturday, March 29. Any queries, please contact the Ticket Office on: tickets@ecfc.co.uk
How do I forward my ticket?
Firstly, log in to your ticketing account, and select the ticket that you want to forward (if you are forwarding a Season Ticket, please select ‘Show Items’, below your Season Ticket, and ONLY MARK the Wrexham fixture, not the whole Season Ticket. Then, select the ‘Forward’ button, on the right side of your screen.
You will then be given the option to forward the ticket onto another supporter in your Friends and Family list – or, you can donate the ticket back to the club.
You will then see the confirmation on your screen that it has now been forwarded. At this point, your existing ticket can no longer be scanned as a valid ticket at the turnstiles.
If you want to take the ticket back, click on ‘Cancel Posting’. Once the other supporter has accepted your ticket, you cannot take it back.
If you are the supporter receiving the ticket, then you will receive an email – click on the ‘Review’ button, and accept your ticket. Please note, you will likely have to pay the difference of your ticket price type. Any Season Ticket that is forwarded will be sold at the match price, and the difference will have to be paid. Payment will also be taken if there is a change in concession of ticket.
3 Key Points of Ticket Forwarding
- The person you are forwarding the ticket to MUST have a Ticketing Account (you will need to know their Account Number or email address)
- The person receiving the forwarded ticket will likely need to PAY THE DIFFERENCE
- Once your ticket has been forwarded, THIS CANNOT BE REVERSED.
Ticket forwarding is for Exeter City fans ONLY. Any home supporter found to be forwarding a ticket to an away fan will be in breach of ticketing terms and conditions and your ticket will be cancelled.
