Myles joins the team at the Park
Exeter City have today completed the signing of 22-year-old Myles Anderson, following his release from Blackburn Rovers.
Anderson spent a month on loan with Aldershot this season, and he featured in defence when City hosted the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy match in August. He helped the Shots to keep a clean sheet, en route to a penalty shoot-out victory.
City manager Paul Tisdale believes that the youngster has capability of progressing as a footballer at St James Park.
Tisdale said: “We’ve seen Myles play and there’s a lot of potential there, so we are excited about the possibility of seeing his development with us.
“We’re looking at this with a view to a player that can break through into the first team. So we’re excited by his potential as we’ve identified him as a talented and bright young individual.”
Myles has been given the squad number 27.
