Match preview: Exeter City v Swansea City

Exeter City v Swansea City
Pre-season friendly
St James Park
Tuesday 29th July 2014, 7.15pm

Barely will the Grecians have touched down in the UK before they have to move on to the next – a visit of Swansea City at St James Park.

The tour of Brazil provided plenty of useful experience to Paul Tisdale’s young Exeter side, and now the team need to put that into practice back on home soil.

The Swans were visitors a year ago in pre-season, and have returned to the South West again as part of their preparation for another Premier League campaign.  The faced Plymouth Argyle on Sunday and then move on to meet AFC Bournemouth on Friday.

Leon Britton will be missing from the Jacks’ team with a knee injury – meaning that he won’t be able to make a return on the pitch where his Swansea career began over 12 years ago.

Tickets are available in advance from just £9 adults, £7 seniors, £5 under-18s and students and £3 under-12s.  Click here for full ticketing information for this fixture including how to buy.

We are also running a multi-match offer to include tickets for the Torquay United fixture on Saturday 2nd August (3pm).  Multi-match tickets start at £12 adults and £8 seniors and must be bought in advance.

Please note that the Stagecoach Family Stand will be closed for this fixture – City supporters will be based in the WTS Stand and the Thatchers Big Bank.  All City fans should enter via the Stadium Way turnstiles at the corner of the WTS Stand and the Thatchers Big Bank.
