Midfielder confirmed to continue with the Grecians
Exeter City have completed the re-registration of David Noble, who will be available to play in Grecian colours once again when Northampton Town visit St James Park on Saturday 10th January. The midfielder joined the Grecians from Oldham Athletic on a 93-day emergency loan in September, having previously been on the books at City between 2010 and 2012. That loan spell and his contract with the Latics ended the day after Exeter’s 2-0 home win against Carlisle United last month.
The registration window didn’t open in time for Noble to be eligible for Exeter’s game last Saturday against Accrington Stanley, making it the fourth straight game that the 32-year-old has had to watch on from the sidelines.
However Noble is now fully available for the Grecians once again and will be eligible for selection in the second half of this season.
