EXETER CITY return to action at St James Park this Saturday with the tie against Bristol Rovers the first of three home pre-season fixtures over the course of twelve days.One of the stand out sides in EFL Sky Bet League 2 last term, Darrell Clarke’s men clinched promotion to the third tier with a last-gasp win over Dagenham & Redbridge on the final day of the season. City round off their home pre-season schedule by facing two EFL Sky Bet Championship teams. Nigel Clough’s recently-promoted Burton Albion come to town on 22nd July, before the Grecians entertain Cardiff City six days later in what is sure to be a stern test for Paul Tisdale’s side.
