💬 Matt Taylor: "My coaches have got to take a lot of credit. They (Dan Green and Wayne Carlisle) wanted us to go to a back four and it was the right call."

Exeter City manager Matt Taylor praised the influence of his coaching staff following a 3-2 victory over Macclesfield Town.

The Grecians had led 2-0 in the match, but had been pegged back to 2-2 in the second half. It was at this point, coaches Dan Green and Wayne Carlisle suggested going four at the back to get wingbacks Randell Williams and Brennan Dickenson higher up the pitch.

It worked as Randell Williams delivered a low cross into the box in the 86th minute for Ryan Bowman to fire home. Listen to Matt's thoughts on that as well as the rest of the performance in his post match interview, sponsored by Dominos.
