🎟 Unused ticket update after season curtailed

It was announced on Tuesday that the EFL League Two season was curtailed following a meeting of all EFL clubs.

During these exceptional times we have maintained that we must do the right thing for football and this leaves us looking forward to our play-off matches against Colchester United on Thursday, June 18 and Monday, June 22, both being 5:15pm kick offs, live on Sky Sports.

We very much hoped the season would end in a happier way but still hope you join us in showing your supporting the team during the play-offs, albeit from your own home rather than here at St James Park.

With the season now curtailed we are writing to you as you have purchased your season ticket and or match tickets that you are entitled to a refund for. Whilst staff remain furloughed under the Governments' job retention scheme, we will look to start the refund process during the week commencing Monday, June 22.

We have been overwhelmed by support from a number of you who have already asked the club not to make such a refund and treat any amount due as a donation, thank you. Should donating any refund be something you wish to do then please email tickets@ecfc.co.uk.

If you wish to receive a refund then you do not need to act, this will be processed automatically.

We are extremely grateful and appreciative of all your support in the many ways that supporters have highlighted how lucky we are at Exeter City to have such fantastic fans that make us proud to be part of the Grecian family. As Matt Taylor mentioned on Tuesday: β€œThe generosity of our fans is not matched anywhere else in the whole world let alone the lower league football in England. It is absolutely incredible and gestures like that go an absolutely long way.

There are other ways you can support us too, Super Saver Season tickets for 2020/21 season remain on sale until 5pm on Wednesday, July 1 and whilst being the cheapest prices, they play a huge part in enabling your club remains financially stable and well prepared for the new campaign. Once again, thank you for placing your Trust in City.
