City boss Matt Taylor is looking to build on the Grecians' performance on Tuesday night when they face Gillingham for a place in the lucrative third round of the FA Cup on Saturday.
Speaking ahead of the clash, City boss Matt Taylor says he is looking forward to the challenge of the League One side and says his side are in a good place following their 6-1 win over Colchester United.
"They're a good side with an experienced manager at this level. This is a cup tie we're relishing and one we're looking forward to, especially with the confidence boost following on from Tuesday's performance.
"Steve Evans [Gillingham manager] always produces good attacking football and his record in the FA Cup, even when he was in non league, is fantastic and they'll be desperate to win this game."
