Exeter City manager Matt Taylor was happy with City's performance in their 2-2 draw with Salford City, but was left a little disappointed the Grecians didn't return to Devon with the three points.
The Grecians fell behind in just the second minute as Ian Henderson headed home a deflected effort, Matt admitted that it was far from the start he was expecting: "When you go behind early you sometimes fear the worst but I'm really proud of that comeback and the effort from the boys.
"It was a poor start but we put that behind us and got control in the first half and played some really good football and could have been ahead more than that 2-1 scoreline.
"They were always going to throw bodies at us and we just couldn't quite hold on to what we had in that second half or make the game safer in terms of threatening their goal more.
"I can't say I'm not disappointed but i've got to take the positives and put them into context for next weekend."
