Exeter City Captain Jake Taylor reflects after a strong 4-1 win against league leaders Cambridge United where he picked up an assist for the Grecians opener.
On the result, Jake said: "It's a massive win for us, we haven’t picked up many points recently and to get it against the league leaders is even better.”
Jake reflected on what this means given recent form, he said: "I think, when you haven’t been on a great run of form you need to concentrate on the next game and the best game to do that is against the league leaders."
The win didn’t come through easy circumstances, as Jake commented: "Robbie pulled out with an injury yesterday and Jokull has been ill all last night and had to go in to be sick during the warmup and put together the best performance he could today."
