Exeter City under-18s manager Chad Gribble has expressed his disappointment as the young Grecians were dumped out of the FA Youth Cup by AFC Bournemouth.
"It's disappointing as this was a game we were more than capable of competing in, but tonight we've just fallen short tonight," Chad said.
"It wasn't our night and we just didn't do enough. It's not a nice feeling, but Bournemouth deserved their win.
"Both the goals were preventable on this occasion. We can defend set pieces better and show more quality, but the lad took his chances as a threatening player.
"What good players do is take their chances and punish you."
