Matt Taylor has said that all his players are 'saying the right things' following their defeat to Colchester on Tuesday as they prepare to make another long trip to Rochdale this weekend.
Matt has said that after their 3-1 defeat in Essex in midweek, the group remained positive and are keen to put things right.
"It was a real moment, because it was great to hear voices after that defeat. Sometimes players wait to hear their manager's voice, or the captain's, but the fact they said the right things at the right time shows we have leaders in this squad," he said.
"We go now and face a Rochdale side who are an interesting side to prepare for. They are a side who have outstanding players at this level. They score goals, especially at home, and they score early.
"They've been in League One recently, so we have to understand the type of side we are up against."
