Podge Amond said the mammoth journey to Cumbria was "worthwhile" as City return to Devon with all three points.
Chatting after the game, the match-winner said there's "no better feeling" than scoring a last minute deciding goal.
"Especially with the journey and being away from home there's nothing better than a last minute winner. I think with the first half performance we deserved to win and deserved to be a little less dramatic than that but at the end of the day, three points are three points."
