Pierce Sweeney has said that today's defeat to Tranmere was "not the performance his side would have liked today" as he reacts to City's loss at Prenton Park.
Pierce captained the side today ahead and has gave his reaction to the game.
"Tranmere are a tough side and a big club in this league. We were never going to come here and roll them over. We've got four games left to get where we want to get and we quickly move onto Saturday."
Sweens was gracious to the opposition and praised the way the home side played.
"They've got good players in the side, good legs and energy. There was a big, loud crowd and for the youg lads it could have been an eye-opener for them. Fair play to Tranmere, they probably deserved it but we move on."
