Exeter City can confirm that defender George Ray has departed the club.
The club has agreed to mutually terminate George's contract at the end of the month, allowing him to sign for Barrow AFC, subject to EFL approval.
George joined the Grecians in June of 2021 and made 23 appearances in red and white, being part of the team that kept a clean sheet on his debut. George scored twice for the Grecians before spending the second half of the season on-loan at Leyton Orient.
