Yanic Wildschut was jubilant as he scored the goal that gained the Grecians a point away at Stevenage.
After falling behind at the end of the first half, the Dutchman took just two minutes of the second to turn in Dion Rankine's cross and get City back into the game.
"All game, I was just happy to see everyone giving it everything," he said.
"I think they must have had a thousand crosses and throw-ins and diagonals in the box, it was unbelievable but everyone was just fighting. Especially on the tough run that we are on, it was good to see us finally come away with something!
"It's a different ground to get something, you see where they are in the league - I'm just so happy and proud of the team. For the fans aswell, still travelling, backing us after the run we've been on so big kudos to them.
