The annual awards evening took place on Sunday, April 30 at Winslade Manor in Exeter.
A packed hall was joined by manager Gary Caldwell, the squad and the women's team and enjoyed the awards presentations, a two-course meal fun and games, finishing with live music from Solid Foundation.
Pierce Sweeney picked up the prestigious Fan-voted Player of the Season award and was also named East Devon Grecians' Player of the Year.
The goal of the season went to Harry Kite's absolute screamer against Port Vale in City's first match back in League One in a decade.
Jay Stansfield and Manfy Sharpe were named PFA in the Community Champions for their work and dedication in supporting key work by CCT in Devon.
Sam Nombe picked up a pair of awards, being named the North Devon Grecians and Junior Grecians Player of the Season after a fantastic campaign that has seen him score 17 goals and register 8 assists in all competitions with a match remaining.
The pair of Supporters' Trust Young Player of the Year awards went to Sonny Cox and Jenna Markham who are both establishing themselves in their respective teams.
