Assistant manager Kevin Nicholson has given his thoughts as City return to league action to face Northampton Town at SJP on Saturday.
Nicholson, and manager Gary Caldwell have both called on the players to ensure their minds are firmly on the game following Tuesday night's cup heroics against Luton Town.
"As soon as they enjoyed the moment, they had the celebration in the changing room and all the euphoria, it's straight onto the next game and making sure they are ready for the challenge of Northampton," Nicho said.
"There can be a bit of a comedown and we can't afford that, so we'll be prepared with an understanding of what we need to do.
"This will be a really tough game for us. They've come into this league on a high, and carried on through it positively. They've got some very good indivudual players and are very well-established in how they play.
"We have to stand up to the physical challenge they are going to bring."
