After City won a point on the road away at Peterborough, Ed Francis shared his reaction.
The number eight started at left centre-back again due to a depleted squad, and played the full 90 minutes as Milli Alli scored a stoppage time equaliser.
"Overall I think we're probably a bit disappointed, I don't think we performed to the level we would've liked in that first half," said Ed.
"They're a team who are struggling and you can see they're in a bad place and we didn't take advantage of that.
"It's good to get the point in the end and hopefully that's something we can build on, but we need to recognise in games like this if the team's there for the taking we need to capitalise, and we need to turn up more than we did in the first half."
City made six changes to their eleven for this game due to various players not being available through suspension and injury, but playing alongside unfamiliar teammates isn't something that phases Ed.
"It's a change but we've got such a good squad and we've got players who aren't playing who are good enough to play that when boys come in it's not as big a change as you might feel because in training we do it day-in day-out. We all know each other really well and we know each other's qualities."
