Gary Caldwell has given his thoughts as Exeter City move on from FA Cup drama and onto league action with a trip to Cambridge United on Saturday.
After a gripping near 140 minutes of knockout football on Tuesday night, which ended in penalty heartbreak, City will be head to the Cledara Abbey Stadium with the belief and confidence to turn recent league results around.
"It's important that we win on Saturday, but we have 17 games left and we have to commit to those 17 games just like we did on Tuesday.
"Where the teams are, it's a big game, but it won't decide our season and we have to fight for every point like we fought to stay in the FA Cup. If we get that level of performance, I am so excited for the next 17 games for the rest of the season and where this team can go.
"But that starts with recovery and training, and at 12.30 on Saturday we will be ready to compete,"
