Exeter City manager Gary Caldwell has reflected on two-years as Exeter City boss, ahead of Saturday's trip to face Huddersfield Town.
Thursday, October 24 marked two full years since Gary took over at Exeter City, and a period which has seen stability and improvement in all areas as the club becomes an established League One side.
"It's been the longest I've been a manager in my career and I'm delighted to be the manager of this football club and hopefully I've got many more years here, said Gary ahead of Saturday's match.
City were narrowly defeated 2-1 on Tuesday night by Reading and Gary is looking forward to the trip to Huddersfield where he is looking for the team to start a new unbeaten run.
"We have to learn the lessons from Tuesday night, we know there will be difficult moments and setbacks in terms of results and it's how you react to them.
"It will be a tough match. They are very well coached and have a clear identity so we need to be prepared for that. We have to be prepared to be ourselves and take our best version of ourselves, bring our identity to the game and try and dominate the game.
"We have to take the defeat on Tuesday, and use that as motivation, but I'm sure come kick-off the players will be ready to go get another unbeaten run going."
