Following City's loss in the first round of the Carabao Cup to Walsall, Josh Magennis gave his honest thoughts.
The Northern Irish striker came on in a second half where City struggled against consistent Walsall pressure, and ultimately bowed to a late equaliser, leading to a penalty shootout defeat.
"My main reaction is frustration, first and foremost," Josh said. "After Saturday's result we were riding the crest of a very good performance against Rotherham coming into the cup.
"On paper it looked like a favourable draw, but we can't disrespect the team that we're playing against and we can't disrespect ourselves."
"When it comes to the penalty shootout it's just the luck of the draw and luck wasn't on our side tonight."
