The PFA Brain Health Team will be at St James Park on Thursday, October 24th, from 10am to meet with former players and attend the Sporting Memories Club.
The team will be on hand to talk about their work and explain the education programme they are delivering to both clubs in the EFL and WSL and how they are supporting football families living with a neurodegenerative disease.
The PFA is pushing for a transformational change in football’s approach to the brain health of current and former professional footballers and are looking to develop a culture of positive brain health for players across football and to enhance the quality of life for players living with neurodegenerative disease.
All are welcome, especially ex-players!
