Santi Ohanaka says his first senior goal was an ‘unbelievable feeling’ after netting from the spot in City’s 3-1 pre-season win over Yeovil Town.
The youngster impressed after coming on as a second half subsitiute and dispatched the spot kick he won after being felled in the Glovers area.
Speaking after the game Santi said:
“I am buzzing. I’m grateful to have been given the opportunity so I have to say thank you to all the staff who made tonight possible.
“I feel like I’ve been playing well this pre-season. None f that would have been possible without my team mates. The senior players have been helping me out and giving me tips on how to get better. These performances have been down to my teammates helping out.”
