We are recruiting a qualified and experienced Physiotherapist/Sports Therapist Coach to join our Women’s First Team.
This is a key role providing pitch side emergency aid and acute injury management during training and on match days and working with the squad assessing diagnosing and rehabilitating players.

Role & Responsibilities
As Women’s First Team Physiotherapist/Sports Therapist you will be responsible for providing pitch side emergency aid and acute injury management during training and on match days. You will need to assess, diagnose and rehabilitate players within the Women’s squad, deliver evening injury clinics and support in injury and athletic development programmes ensuring records of all injuries stained are recorded and data is stored appropriately.
As part of the team you will play an integral role in supporting the Club’s goals in focusing on growth by developing women’s football and ensuring compliance and good practice in line with your role and responsibilities and in support of our operational excellence goal.
This is a casual worker role offering flexibility for candidates for the remainder of the 2024/25 season around other commitments, however candidates will need to available to attend training on Tuesday and Thursday evening (6.30 - 9.30pm) and for match day attendance on Sundays (12.00pm - 6.00pm).
Candidates
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Physiotherapist/Sports Therapist with a degree in Physiotherapy/Sports Therapy, FA Emergency First Aid in Sport qualification and STA/SST/BASRaT registration OR HCPC/CSP registration.
Candidates must have excellent time management and effective communication skills and a friendly and professional etiquette. Candidates must have an interest in women’s football and enthusiasm about developing women’s football.
Prior to commencing work a right to work document(s) must be presented and references and a DBS Check will need to be undertaken.
