Wrexham: Ensuring a memorable match day

Ahead of Saturday’s SOLD OUT St James Park fixture against Wrexham, we would like to remind supporters of important ground regulations to ensure we can all enjoy the match safely and comfortably with fellow Grecians.

The full list of ground regulations can be found here.

Discrimination and Respect

Discrimination of any kind is not welcome in football. At Exeter City we are proud to be a welcoming environment for all, but if you do hear or see something that is not right, we have a reporting platform in place to raise your concerns. Supporters can text ‘HELP ECFC’ to 62277 to anonymously report concerns that will be immediately sent to the in-stadium safety team. You can also report anything to your nearest steward who will be able to assist.

  • Text ‘HELP ECFC’ to 62277
  • Report to your nearest steward

Stewards are there to keep all of us safe at the stadium. On a busy game such as this, the Big Bank and seated stands will be busier than usual and they may at times ask you to keep walkways clear to ensure a safe passage for all supporters. Please comply with all requests from stewards.

Supporter Display

Our incredible supporters have once again raised money for a fan display in the Big Bank as the players enter the pitch. This will involve flags and banners. You may be asked to support this display by holding up a banner, so if possible, please support each other and comply with directions of stewards.

Pyrotechnics

A reminder to all supporters that possession of pyrotechnics are both criminal offences that will result in both club and police action. The dangers of using pyrotechnics relate to the extreme heat and the inhalation of smoke. We remind supporters that possession will be dealt with by way of a long club banning order.

Road Closure

St James Road, behind the away end, will be closed between 1.30pm and 5.30pm to allow for safe entry and egress at the busy stadium. Please be aware the away team coach and supporters coaches will also be in this area. Take care when moving around this area.
