He's back! We are delighted to announce that Ryan Trevitt has returned to Exeter City on loan from Brentford for the remainder of the 2024-25 season, subject to EFL approval.
Trevitt enjoyed a loan spell at St James Park for the first half of the 2023-24 season before it was cruelly cut short by injury in December 2024, but manager Gary Caldwell has moved fast to bring the 21-year-old back to Devon until May.
He will be most remembered for his two incredible strikes in the fourth round of the Carabao Cup against Middlesbrough, which City narrowly lost 3-2, and he registered a total of five goals in 23 appearances in League One and cup.
Since his return to the Bees, Trevitt has been integrated into the first team squad at the Gtech Community Stadium, and made his Premier League debut in September last year as a substitute against Tottenham Hotspur as well as two senior outings in cup matches.
Manager Gary Caldwell said:
"We know the talent he has and how much they value him, and we are absolutely delighted to have someone of his quality with us."
Ryan will wear the number 21 shirt.
Before heading back to City, Ryan sat down for a feature long read interview with Brentford, check it out here.
